Keto Banana Nut Muffins

I love bananas! It is one of the few items that I really miss on the ketogenic lifestyle because they are pretty high in carbs. This recipe uses one real ripe banana to give it some extra “banana-y” flavor. These would be great as a mid morning snack or with a cup off coffee!

Method:
Mix wet ingredients (egg, sour cream, mashed banana) set aside and do the same for the dry ingredients. Mix the wet and dry to evenly distribute. Put batter in a greased muffin tin. Bake for 325 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
