Keto Turkey Chili

lbs of ground turkey
28 oz of diced tomatoes
6 oz of tomato paste
14.5 oz of diced tomato with green chilies (Muir Glen)
1 medium onion, diced
2 celery stalks diced
2 tbsp of minced garlic
2 tbsp cumin
¼ cup chili powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp of Better Than Bouillion Roasted Chicken Base :

Sour cream
Cheddar cheese

Brown turkey on the stove top in a large pot until brown. Add diced celery and onion and garlic and saute. Add canned tomato paste, diced tomatoes and stir to combine. Add cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper and the chicken base. Cook for 40 minutes on medium heat. Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese and chives.
