Corned Beef Reuben Cheesy Dip

Are you hosting a St. Patrick’s Day party? Or maybe you have left over corned beef that you are looking to use in a new recipe? Well, why don’t you try this AWESOME Reuben dip! 

You will need: 
For the Russian or thousand island dressing:1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Ketchup buy it here: 
2 tablespoons tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons relish
2 teaspoons horseradish
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Primal hot sauce buy it here:

For the reuben dip
1 cup chopped corned beef (can used fresh or canned)
1 cup sauerkraut, drained dry
4 oz softened cream cheese 
1/2 cup low moisture shredded mozzarella
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1/2 cup homemade thousand island

To make the thousand island dressing: Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and set aside.

To make the dip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and and combine by folding them together Put the dip in an oven safe baking dish. Bake for 20-25 until melted and bubbly!
