Basic Chaffle Recipe

Chaffles are the perfect keto friendly bread replacement. Check out our ultimate guide video where we show you how to make a crispy, cheesy, crunch chaffle.

Basic Chaffle Recipe (will make 6 dash sized chaffles)
– 2 Cups of low moisture mozzarella cheese
– 2 large eggs
– 4 tablespoons of Almond Flour
– 1/4 tsp of baking powder

Optional additions can include:
– garlic powder
– old bay
– thyme, rosemary
– Parmesan
– cheddar

Method: Preheat your waffle maker and wait until the light turns off. Use a heaping 1/8 measuring cup to scoop your batter into the middle of your Dash and close the lid. Leave the lid close and cook the chaffle until the dash turns off. Do not open the waffle maker during the cooking process! After the light turns off again take the chaffle and put it on a wire rack to cool.

Store chaffles in containers, separated by parchment rounds. Reheat in the oven or toast to crisp them up again.
